The jury is still out, I am experimenting with this product because tablets are hard for me to absorb. Because the product is so natural (which is hard to find) I want to be able to take it. I broke them in half, which was really easy. Then I put one in water and broke it apart and waited until it dissolved and drank. There is not much taste, which was good. It feels good, it will probably depend on how easy it is for me to take. I really appreciate the big effort you put in to make sure you have a totally natural product.
