Problems with synthetic B-6
New study shows that synthetic pyridoxine (B6) in high doses cause symptoms the same as B6 deficiency. Most B6 supplements come in high dose and are synthetic. Switch to plant based vitamins!

Another study that shows the RISK of Using Synthetic Vitamins: In a study (J Bone Miner Res. 2017 Jun 2. doi: 10.1002/jbmr.3189) it was found that the use of high dose synthetic vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) by older men and women for an extended time was the cause of an increase of 42% risk of hip fracture in an extended follow up compared to those given a placebo.

In this study it was determined that "Vitamin C (synthetic) supplementation decreases training efficiency" It does not say in The Journal that synthetic Vitamin C was used but upon further investigation it was determined that it was synthetic ascorbic acid
