What are non-synthetic vitamins? What are naturally occurring vitamins?
Our organically grown plants contain vitamins and minerals naturally. We concentrate the vitamins and minerals with a warm water bath. Unlike synthetics, our naturally occurring vitamins include the natural co-factors such as enzymes, phytonutrients including polyphenols, carotenoids, flavonoids, tocotrienols and myconutrients found in mushrooms. These co-factors have been determined to have their own benefits, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and many added healthy effects on top of the vitamins and minerals.
In nature a "vitamin" isn't a single molecule but rather a part of a family of health beneficial molecules.
"How can a single factor be isolated from a complex (as with synthetic vitamins) and be justifiably sold with the claim that it is equal?"
-Dr. Royal Lee, "The Einstein of Nutrition"

What is Amla?
Amla or Indian Goose Berry is a powerhouse little berry native to India. 20 times more vitamin C than an orange, packed with antioxidants that are linked to supporting healthy levels of cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure and the immune system. Here is a good site about the Amla Berry

How do I know if vitamins are synthetic?
Companies that produce synthetic free vitamins are very proud of it. It will say on the label in plain sight that they are synthetic free or non-synthetic. If it does not say that, they are synthetic! Synthetic vitamins are very cheap to make, on the other hand naturally occurring vitamins (non-synthetic) are costly to make and the producer will let you know. We think that it is worth the cost and we hope you agree.

Will I feel anything different when taking the B Complex Multi?

Some people will feel a boost in energy! This is a B-based multiple and B vitamins help to break down your food into energy. Our blend will help you maintain your nutrient levels and could contribute to an overall well being. Some people say they have not really felt much of anything but that's ok. Sometimes it takes a while to get your levels of nutrients back to normal. One customer said that he felt a difference when he stopped using them and started back on the multiple right away. One of our customers is a teacher and said this was the first year that she made it through without a cold all winter. Please let us know if you feel a difference or not!

How and when should I take the MRN B Complex Multi or the Amla C Multi?
We suggest to take 2 a day. You can take them any time, with or without a meal but we suggest with a meal or with a healthy-fat snack (avocado, yogurt, eggs etc) so that the fat soluble vitamins are better absorbed. 1 in the morning and 1 at night or both in the morning or at night.
Because we do not use a slick chemical binder on our tablet it starts to break down as soon as you put it in your mouth so drink plenty of water. You can throw the tablets in a smoothie or in with your Bullet drink. If the taste does not bother you it's ok to chew the tablets or
crush them up and sprinkle on your food.. Don't put them in a hot drink because heat above 110 degrees might damage or destroy the nutrients and it's co-factors.

Should I keep the vitamins in the refrigerator?
Yes, we suggest to keep your MRN vitamins in the refrigerator where it is cold and dark. If you can't keep them refrigerated then at least keep them in a dark, cool dry place! Over time potencies will be depleted when exposed to warm conditions and bright light.

Do I need to take a B Complex Multi or Amla C Multi every day?
No we believe it is best to get all your vitamins from your diet of organic healthy food including fruit and vegetables. But we know that everyday stress and strain can tax our bodies. We also know that we are not always able to eat properly to maintain the optimum health that we strive for. When this is the case, yes you should take a multiple vitamin and we hope it's our USDA Organic, plant based, naturally occurring nutrients. B vitamins are water soluble vitamins which means that your body does not store them. Because your body does not store them you need to ingest B vitamins every day. That is why they are part of the essential vitamin group. If you have a day that you are able to eat healthy at every meal including lots of dark leafy greens you shouldn't have to take our Multiple vitamins. It's always a good idea to take Bs when you have tipped back a few alcoholic drinks because it has been shown that alcohol depletes your B vitamins. It has been shown that B vitamins can become depleted in stressful situations so load up when you see one coming on!

How do I know when I need B vitamins?
It's a good idea to take B Complex Multi when you are partying (alcohol) or are under stress. Some signs in some people are hangnails or cracks in the corners of the mouth. I have heard from some that hemorrhoids might be a sign. Another sign could be low energy and/or low mental focus. There is a good "Signs of Deficiencies" table if you scroll down at this site

Why is my urine bright yellow?
Our Vitamins contain B-3 (Riboflavin). Riboflavin causes the bright yellow color of your urine. Riboflavin is also in so many foods that we eat and so your body might have enough of it's daily requirement and will expel the excess. If you take one tablet in the morning and one at night it will bring down the brightness.

Why are the mg values lower on your Vitamins?
Our Vitamin potencies come from the plants listed on our label. With Naturally Occurring vitamins we believe your body is able to recognize these nutrients because they come as a full matrix with all of their natural co-factors as in organic unprocessed foods. Because of this your body is much more efficient in utilizing the nutrients. When you see high potencies on vitamin labels you can be assured that they are synthetic. Because your body utilizes our vitamins to the fullest you don't need the mass quantity, just our quality.

Do your products include any ingredients from China?
NO, we do not use any ingredients from China. Our USDA organic certified ingredients come from India and the USA. China is the major source for synthetic vitamins. You might have noticed that during the Corona virus that the vitamin shelves in your local markets were empty, that shows you that most of the products in your chain stores are synthetic and made in China.

Things you should ask of the vitamin company you use now!
ARE SYNTHETIC VITAMINS USED? Even "Whole Food Vitamins" use synthetic vitamins that are injected into a "Fruit & Vegetable Soup". It is a play on words and we feel, very deceiving. That type of vitamin might be a step up from straight synthetics but don't be fooled, they are synthetics! Synthetics can cause stomach irritation and the body treats them as chemicals not nutrients and could very well expel them with little or no absorption.

IS HEAT USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR VITAMINS? Heat over 110 degrees will degrade or destroy nutrients!

ARE CHEMICAL BINDERS OR COATINGS USED? The use of these can cause stomach irritation. The coatings can keep the vitamins from breaking down and the body sends them right through with no absorption!
